Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information Little Lebanese collects, why, and what we do with it. Little Lebanese is a trading name of Axiom Commerce LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Our store runs on Shopify.

What we collect

  • Order details: such as your name, email address, shipping address and the details of your order.
  • Personalisation: your child's first name and the other personalisation details you choose for the book.
  • Family photo (optional): if you choose to upload one.
  • Teta's voice recording: the recording you provide for the book's voice QR code.
  • Website usage information: collected through cookies and the Meta pixel, as described below.

How we use it

We use your order details, personalisation, photo and voice recording only to create and deliver your book and its voice QR code, and to contact you about your order (for example, to send your digital preview for approval).

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to make and deliver your order:

  • Shopify, which runs our online store and checkout;
  • payment processors, to take payment;
  • our print-on-demand partner (currently Gelato), which receives your name, delivery address and the book file to print and ship your book;
  • the hosting provider that stores Teta's voice recording so the QR code can play it.

Voice recordings and the QR code

Your book includes a QR code that plays Teta's voice recording. To keep the QR code working, we keep the recording online unless you ask us to delete it. If it is deleted, the QR code will stop playing the recording.

Deleting your photos and recordings

You can ask us to delete your family photo and voice recording at any time by emailing hello@littlelebanese.com.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

Our website uses cookies and the Meta pixel (by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). We use them for analytics, to understand how people use our website, and for advertising, to measure and improve our ads on Meta's platforms. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our books are for children, but orders are placed by a parent or another adult. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The child's first name and any personalisation are provided to us by the adult placing the order.
